There is no relationshp between the two.

nobody said paperclip was about mind control.Paperclip brough in Nazi tech and Nazi scientists.Part of this technology was biological warfare, including mind control techniques.Fiction? lol There are a lot of strange stories out there, but this one is purely fact, and has already been admitted to by our government.
